How it’s Work

Roof Insurance Claim Process

Property Damage Assesment

A Pro-Roofer will complete a thorough inspection of your property to identify and document claimable damage on your roof and other areas that may need repair, including: windows, doors, siding, decks, interior and exterior features.

File a Claim

Property owner files a claim with the insurance company assited by our claim department on a 3 ways Call, after which the company will schedule an insurance adjuster to inspect the damage. A Pro-Roofer will meet with your adjuster onsite to assist with documentation and cost stimates.

Claim Adjustment & Approval

Pro-Roofing will provide insurance company with detailed a estimate, Upon Approval. They will issue a first check, which you will forward to Pro-Roofing.

Project Work Completed

Permits secured (if applicable), materials ordered, work commmences and project is completed, ussually residential's roof is a 1 day job. During the construction Pro-Roofing will document any unforeseen damage or repair requirements (supplements) while finishing the project.

Supplementals & Final Payment

Supplements approved and final invoice sent to insurance company. Your insurance company will issue a check for the final balanc, which you will forward to Pro-Roofing
